Are the prices on the website final?
The prices shown are starting prices. We confirm the final price on WhatsApp based on the size of the job, location and timing, before any work begins.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes, as long as a helper is available in your area. Book before noon Bali time for the best chance.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, QRIS or cash once the job is done. For shopping requests, the cost of goods is paid upfront at receipt price.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know on WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge.
